Well it didn't take long for Fox News to blame the new Nominee without any evidence whatsoever.

And impeach the justice for leaking, but not impeach the Justice whose wife supported overthrowing the Government. Got it.

It’s almost like people are only responsible for their own actions and free speech exists even for people you don’t like. Crazy how that works!

Putting aside one’s stance on the issue, we should all agree that it is egregious and dangerous that this was leaked. Draft opinions should remain private and debated among the justices. Not every cas

Welcome to another Summer of Love and mostly peaceful protests.  It's only a matter of time before pro-life protesters vandalize an abortion clinic, too.

100%. I am not sure if it is illegal (like leaking classified national security info), but it's unethical as hell and the person should be fired immediately. And if one of the justices knew about it, he or she should be impeached (will never happen, but it should).

I've heard the most likely path to a criminal charge will be a process crime.  They will have everyone sign a statement denying they had anything to do with it then, when they prove who did it, they've got them on lying to investigators. Unless the leaker comes clean and admits it when they're asked to sign the statement, which seems unlikely.

The more likely result is that nothing will happen.  No federal prosecutor from this administration will bring charges.

It really amuses me that a bunch of dudes are the ones discussing and stating what is the correct course of action on abortion.

It really amuses me that the the ones discussing and stating what is the correct course of action on abortion were not aborted.

So I take that to mean you'd have no problem if for whatever reason, your mother decided to abort you?

My wife told me this story earlier this week where someone she has first hand knowledge of, has a daughter who is 11 and she has been sick for like a month.  They couldn’t figure out what the cause was until someone with a brain asked the girl if she had been raped, and indeed she had been, and it was by a family member.  So….are all the pro life people ready to help this family out? An 11 year old gets to have a baby fathered by a family member?  Forget about all the physical and biological issues for both the mother and baby, what about the psychological damage?  In 12+ red states, she wouldn’t have an option if roe is overturned because those states have the auto trigger to ban abortions.  This is set up for failure.  This is why choice is necessary.

And for all the right wing extremists who want to blame this liberals for overturning this, let me remind you that if overturned, the decision goes to the state level, and as I said 12 of them already have bans in place….and many of those same states and people are the "my body my choice” people when it came to vaccines, so I’ll ask, is an abortion still my body my choice? Or only when you see it fit your agendas?

Less than 1% of abortions shouldnt justify 70M abortions for convenience

I wouldn’t call it convenience.  More like Common sense and necessity in alot of cases.  But the point still remains that the conservatives want to blame liberals for the over turning of roe, yet fail to see that it’s their own governors that would then ban abortions, taking the choice out of my body my choice. So I ask again, will all the bro-ads in Miami who got knocked up one Friday night like to keep DeSantis in office because he faught so damn hard for you to not wear a mask while you worked the pole?

No, I'm just pointing out that your post (like most of your posts) makes no sense.

I guess this famous quote makes no sense to you either - just checking:

"I've noticed that everyone who is for abortion has already been born.”

…and the 1% shouldn’t have to pay the price either

It's a stupid quote. It's like saying "I guess everyone who is for the death penalty is still alive" Yeah, no sh**.

Women are acting hysterical about losing the right to an abortion so let’s make the very rational choice to take away their right to vote.

So the people actively trying to undo the 1st and 2nd amendments are suddenly apoplectic about jokes about undoing the 19th? Interesting.
