I realize now that you are laughably ignorant, in addition to just being a d-bag, so you're not worth the time of day.

I only referenced the constitution and that the system worked whereas you complained incessantly over the EC and when challenged by Vikas you backpedalled. Again, I truly am amused at ad hominem from a high school teacher whose "intensive study" is nothing more than a selective survey of self taught drivel. But go ahead and impune the assumed education level you have made.

I only referenced the constitution and that the system worked whereas you complained incessantly over the EC and when challenged by Vikas you backpedalled. I didn't backpedal at all. He said that lifting the cap on on House representation would make the situation worse in the legislature. I said that I wasn't talking about the legislature, but I acknowledged that it would probably not make the legislative process any better (geee, giving some recognition to the other side's argument, how about that). I also said, though, that I didn't think it wold really make it any worse, but what it would do was restore a semblance of balance to the E.C. more along the lines of how it was originally intended. You have a really hard time following the arguments that you're apparently up in arms about. You should slow down and read things more carefully. 10 minutes ago, BBE said: Again, I truly am amused at ad hominem from a high school teacher whose "intensive study" is nothing more than a selective survey of self taught drivel. A potential charge in Georgia? No false electors were submitted. The protections worked. And you just cling hard to your assumptions as to my political allegiances. Just because I think the Democrat platform is crap and so is Biden doesn't mean I don't have equal disdain for Trump and his ilk. But, because you need to desperately cling to labeling me or any who dares disagree with you a Trumpbot, please do you. 4 hours ago, BBE said: Were the final electors false? No. The system worked. It is that simple. Biden got elected and got the electoral votes of the states he won in spite of the actions. This bill was passed and then almost immediately deemed unconstitutional, as it should have been. The article Toaster posted was from 2019 - that was probably around the time that his dementia started to really hit so he's still in that year mentally.

Oh, I think the dementia kicked in way before 2019. Somebody doesn't just fall of a cliff and become that unhinged in only 3 years.
