Black garlic molasses. Very subtle garlic flavor but mostly a big umami kick with a touch of sweet. A bottle is expensive but it lasts awhile.  Insanely good drizzled over roasted veggies or over seafood (especially raw). Highly recommend.

Googled it. Came back with lots of high priced options. 

A Mushroom Swiss burger is one of many type of burgers that is pretty high up the burger scale.

First found it at DiBrunos in the Italian market but now I order it off Amazon. It's expensive, but you only need a small amount each time so it does last.

When I was in Vegas up at Creech, we had a Korean BBQ place there that had the best breakfast burritos.  Bulgogi  brekkie burritos, miss them.

mustard or mustard powder?

I can't stand mustard, think it's quite foul but I do use mustard powder when making rubs or sauces of my own.
