I like mint.  Make a great mint pesto for lamb. Mint Jelly is an abomination.

I marinate London Broil in mix of ketchup, soy sauce, and red wine.

I think there is a similar Chinese marinade of sugar, soy sauce and wine.

10) Don't know quite where to rank it but I love Hoisin Sauce. I make my own BBQ sauce at times and I start with that. Fermented soybeans and thick.

I was trying to stick with American stuff for the sake of simplicity. Love Sambal, always have a jar handy. LOVE Tonkatsu. Have never done Hoisin homemade...may have to change that. 

Best condiments- 

1. chili crunch/chili oil

2. Hot sauce (which one depends on the use)

3. Horseradish ( straight on beef or heavy in cocktail sauce)

4. Spicy Mustard (or yellow on fried bologna or corn dogs)

5. NC style BBQ sauce (vinegar based)

6. Honey mustard 

7. Ketchup

8. Mayo

9. Regular BBQ sauce 

10. Peanut sauce (should be higher, but I don’t feel like editing)

I just don’t understand why it’s only the QB. Like, should we do the same for Barnett, since he said he wants to prove to the fans what he can REALLY do? Should we wait and see on him. And Miles Sanders just came out and said he wasn’t happy with last year because he made some bad reads and wasn’t as available as he’d like. I guess we’ll wait and see how he does. I’m excited about our new LBs, but I guess it’s premature to talk about them since Dean is a rookie and White hasn’t played in our system. Jordan Davis looks the part, but I don’t want to make any premature assessments. Better not talk about that.

I always enjoyed the jars you can get at Colombus flea market that have been sitting out in the sun for a few hours

Yup. I think the warriors would beat them in the finals if they matched up. I think suns with how they’ve looked against the pelicans and mavs would be a toss imo. Plus don’t know if Chris Paul is hurt or slowing down but he’s not been the same the last 3 games of this mavs series. However i don’t think Miami is better than them.
