Color me a Negadelphian, but I anticipate an injury plagued season.  The only devastating injury last year was Brandon Graham, then nothing else bad happened somehow.  Last season was the healthiest this team has been since I can remember, especially the OL.

Chip  - one if the healthiest teams in the league

Dougie - one of the most injured teams

Siri - one of the more healthier teams in the league

The problem was partly Doug's methods and partly the Eagles having a bunch of older players.

I think they will be fine this year.

Cosell was talking about the difference between vita and Davis.

He said Davis is strong and vita is powerful, meaning Davis can control a space but lacks the power to move it like vita.

Davis will be a good two gapper and control those two gaps which will allow others to make plays but on tape he didn't show alot of powerful explosive plays like vita.

We'll see how he turns out , either way I think he's a good fit in gannons D assuming Gannon uses him correctly.

Vic Tafur posted his NFL over unders for all 32 teams and did his 5 best bets of 2022. His 2nd best bet was Saints under 8.5.

Also he began the article by just running through some league wide stuff and he said the AJ Brown trade was the best move of the entire off-season.

I recall Cosell's point being a little different than your interpretation. Davis isn't limited by a lack of power -- that would be a downright silly assertion -- but he hasn't learned how use his size/athleticism/power combination as well as Vea has.

Don't allow your Eagles pessimism to fool you into thinking Davis isn't a freak show anomaly. He clearly is.

My issue is why back yourself into a corner giving Gannon a guy like Davis when Gannon very well could be gone in a year.

Hoping that a NFL strength and conditioning program and some great technique coaching unleashes the freak in Davis. 

I watched every Dawgs game last year. Dude absolutely stifled run games and set up his teammates for big plays. And I think he can be a pocket wrecker in time. The potential is there.
