I’d swap Burrow with Stafford or Wilson. Fields is too high and Mills is too low. Everything else seems reasonable.

The only part of the story that adds up is Wentz suffered a concussion that took him out of the playoff game against SEA, and Howie used a 2nd round draft pick on a QB during that offseason.  Whether it was because of the severity of the concussion, the cumulative injury history, any other peripheral issues at play — who knows?  It’s logical to say, though, the organization lost faith in Wentz at that point.

The rest of that story, though?  Yeah, I don’t believe any of it to be factual

That and Howie saying if he didnt get back out on the field he'll never wear the jersey again.....yet he did? It talks about Ertz, but we know they had a dispute over his contract and future in Philly. If something like this really did happen I cant imagine the whole team would have been quiet about it. Kelce, BG, Peters would have said something. Malcolm Jenkins would have said something about it after he got to the Saints. I just find it hard to believe if this would have happened that the whole locker room would have stayed silent together. Verbal altercation is one thing, but attempted assault wouldnt stay a secret. For sure wouldnt be just now hearing about it from a friend of a friend who just happens to know "exact details"

Lol Roseman is the top manager for a multi-billion dollar organization, not the owner of a car dealership. Zero chance the Wentz story is real.

Yep this seems like a guy who makes rational conversations at tense moments with his players. And quite frankly, I always suspected something about that playoff game being the trigger for the icy relationship that Carson had with the team.

IMO, it’s not beyond Howie to do the stupid stuff those tweets imply. He’s a complete clown; a very gifted clown but a clown nonetheless.
