I am legitimately curious to see what kind of response the gun buyback gets. I imagine all of the criminals in Philly will decide they no longer want their weapons because they are dangerous, and theyll just go down there to the police and turn in all of their illegal guns. 

 

The last picture I saw of one of the "gun buy back events" there was a table of old rifles, single shot shotguns and old revolvers. Not a glock to be seen.
