As it stands at the moment -- Winston, Mariota, Trubisky, Tua, Goff, Lance, Darnold all are slated to be starters.  A few of those guys could have better seasons than Hurts.

I'd say Hurts is closer to 31 than he is to 15.  

I don't know if Darnold is going to start.  They have Corral.  He will probably at least get a look.  I am not sure what to make of NO.  I have a feeling they may be much worse this season.  I could be wrong.  Trubisky is on a better team but he has a 1st round rookie that is likely to get a look.  Lance will probably still be splitting time with Jimmy G. 

Mariota, Trubisky, Tua and Goff are the ones who may look much better.  I think Tua has the most talent around him.  It's a make or break season for him.  If the Dolphins play well and he looks decent certainly he's a top 15 type.  Goff is a decent starter on an improving team.  I think many believe Jameson Williams will be healthy to start the season.  He's a big upgrade for them.  Lawrence is going to look better under Doug. He also has gotten more talent.  Fields is probably the one that will have the roughest go of it but he could also improve and look like he belongs in the top 15.
