I'm sorry I brough such a depressing topic into the blog.  A little back story without too much detail. I met my friend 12 years ago during an AF commissioning program. He was on top of the world

That's a shame, because Curry is easily the most entertaining basketball player I have ever seen play.

You should have watched more basketball.

I like mid-range game.  Give me rip Hamilton and Steve Nash. Nash was my favorite player.

Beat shooter ever, probably…but most entertaining?  Not to me.  The more the NBA goes to 3-point shooting, the less I’m interested. I’d take this guy

I'll not abide any Nash bashing. He's our boy, eh!

Nash was dirty, but he should have took more than 10 shots per game. Man could shoot

Yes.  Nash's shoot was so pure. Everything was a swoosh. Never touched the rim. Underrated as a shooter because he didn't look to score so much. Really fun watching his passing too.

Yep.  Incredible scorer that just didn't look too do it a lot.

Also,  that wrong foot, wrong hand layup... he added a whole new move to the game.

I still don't think Jalen Hurts is the answer and I hope he proves me wrong but one things for sure,  I'm glad that Deshaun Watson wanted nothing to do with the Eagles.  I can't imagine he plays a down this season and who knows beyond.

The only path for Watson was always to settle those lawsuits -- expeditiously; if he had done so when it was common sense to do so, then he'd have ended up in MIA last year at the trade deadline as he wished.  It's been his own stupidity all the way through (and his apparent scumbaggery) that's now placed the NFL in a tough position

Funny enough, Nash was probably one of the best shooters ever. He played the team game though, didn’t just jack 3’s before the offense was set. That’s what frustrates me the most with the NBA today. Over half the game seems to be jacking stupid shots before anyone is set.

If he is this creepy, why didn't he just pay high end hookers?

I don't understand it.  The red flags should have gone up much faster?  66 different massage therapists in 17 months.  That's crazy.  Is there more outside of this timeline?

Actually took the time to watch the 2nd quarter of the NBA Finals.  I see Golden State is still lofting up 80% of their FG attempts from beyond 3-point range.

Such a terrible thing for basketball when they win.  Almost unwatchable

Scott Foster was head official.. 2 things were certain ... Foul trouble on star players early for GSW and Celtics would win.

Yup, I grew up a jazz fan, still am, loved watching the pick n roll with Stockton to Malone and their motion offense with all the backdoor cuts and screens, now a days the jazz are routinely a top the league at 3 point attempts/ game.

I cringe at fast break 3 pointers.

The league has turned into a 3 point contest every game and it's tough to watch.

3 point shot and floor spacing is how you attack zone defense. This isnt your man on man 90s anymore lol. The rules of the game are why the game has changed and the players have adapted to it.

Local coverage of the team has gotten increasingly worse and half assed over the years, especially past several.

I blame Chip Kelly for leaving Lehigh

NBA Finals: Celtics vs Warriors gets lowest Game 1 rating in June since 2007

Then the NBA had best get back to the drawing board.  I watched the 2nd quarter and quickly tuned out.  It's not interesting nor entertaining.

Tim Hardaway was the king of that in the 90s. I used to love his game back then.

Interesting takes in here. I’d rather watch good shooting than dunking any day. I don’t really understand the dunk thing. I guess because regular ass dudes like me can’t do it.. makes it more interesting? It doesn’t really take any skill at all. It’s like a tall person grabbing a dish off the top shelf.

Caplan and Mosher bashed the Eagles OTA's. Nothing overly interesting, basically just they did next to nothing. The first hour of practice was stretching, individual and ST drills. The last 15 was 7v7's and mostly backups. Hurts rolled out of the pocket on one play when there was no pass rush.
