He's had 6 seasons of over 4,000 yards the last 7 years. Almost had over 5,000 one year, and averages almost 30 passing TD's a year, but has only won one playoff game. Are we talking about the white Kirk or the black Kirk?

He triple-caught his first target of camp. 😬 • Gardner Minshew had the best throw of the day, when he threaded the needed to rookie TE Grant Calcaterra in the back of the end zone. I should note that Calcaterra was active in his first Eagles training camp practice, and he ran a good route on his TD catch. • K'Von Wallace had a rough day. On one play, Epps was barking at Wallace because Wallace was in the wrong spot. While Wallace was trying to figure out where he should be, Boston Scott took a handoff and scored in Wallace's area. On the next play, on the Watkins TD in the back of the end zone referenced above, the ball whizzed over Wallace's head. Wallace was late to see it, and could not get his hands up in time to deflect the pass. • One of the concerns about Nakobe Dean's game in the pros is how well he's be able to shed blocks, particularly when he's disadvantaged with his small stature. On one run play, Jack Driscoll did a nice job of getting to the second level, locking onto Dean and not allowing him to get free. • There were five returners fielding punts today. They were Jalen Reagor, Greg Ward, Quez Watkins, Britain Covey, and Lance Lenoir. Reagor was up first on those reps, if that means anything. The last item has been a real problem for this franchise for a long time. After Brian Mitchell, we had issues with returners. Then Desean showed up and was fantastic. Desean goes and we've had trouble finding anybody that you'd even consider league average. What gives Just now, LeanMeanGM said: Both, I think. That's racist

Reid had his emphasis on it, Chip had his emphasis on it, Howie kind of just settles with what they have to fill a dual role.

If Calcaterra's head is good to go, I think he's going to be a fun one to watch. I have a feeling he will be able to feast on 2nd/3rd team defenders, especially with Minshew giving him an easy ball to catch. Wallace is dead weight to me. Get rid of him. He's shown nothing.

Yea, I'm officially retiring my pre/post draft hype on him. Really thought we were getting a steal with him, but he's not even living up to a 4th round pick.

I think Wallace probably has a role as a ST player. I am not encouraged about him at all as a 3rd or 4th safety. Given the lack of depth at the position, I don't see how they move on from him unless someone else looks much better.

Allen Rossum was too and they got rid of him. Granted they are both years ago and still in that Brian Mitchell timeframe. Finding a returner would be great. I would love for Covey to show up and be the guy.

He gets to miss out on the dog days of camp, if you can even call them that with the Eagles, and then sign with them after week 2 when someone gets hurt.

I agree with you and if they can find someone to do that I would be all for it. I just don't think there's anyone that not on a roster that fits that role. The question is whether there's someone on this roster that could fill his role better.

He's much less effective in the conventional screen game. Run him on a few wheel routes.

Because god forbid we can't let go of a guy that has 27 receptions for 363 yards across 4 seasons.

Yup I thought when drafted he was a steal, in college he was a multi faceted guy who could play deep in the box or the slot. In the pros he's been multi faceted as well, he can't run, can't tackle, and can't cover...☹️
