Kinda felt the same way at first but it's also equally dumb if he's just going to sit back and pat the ball for 5+ seconds until the entire team is running sandbox plays. He needs to have some assistant coach giving him a shot clock. After 3.5 or whatever seconds, blow the horn, plays dead.

Yup, sandlot ball is ok when a play breaks down but that's not sustainable, at some point hurts is going to have to execute the offense on time 7 on 7 is the exact time for him to work in his timing And he's still running🤷‍♂️

Me and the missus are going to Europe in October. She has an old family home near the France/Spain border, we're spending time there for a few days, then up to Paris (I've never been, and the Revolution there is my absolute favorite period of history) for a few days, then off to Prague for a few more days. Any Bloggers been to either Paris/Prague? Any must-dos? Any restaurant recommendations?

Been to Prague, they have a cool boat cruise up the Vitava where you can eat and drink. St Nicholas Church. Forget it's name but do the tour of the Castle.

Eat and Drink local. and Dont question what you're eating.

Friends of ours recently went to Prague, and said they did a "beer bath" thing...I think we're gonna do that. And for food, I'll eat anything, I'm not picky at all

Sounds great man.  Have fun.  Wife, daughter and I did Rome and Venice a few years back.  It was incredible.  If you walked as much as we did, you’ll lose weight.  Even if you do eat great.    The food was cleaner and much better for you.  Rome was hot.  Not 104 degree heat index at 9 am hot, but hot.  And the forum area is down in a bowl, so that day we cooked in the sun.

Yeah we generally walk a lot on our vacations, it's great for exploring and getting the vibe of a city/place, as well as walking after meals. The last time I was in Europe we went to Amsterdam, so of course the legal weed there was a nice bonus. Seems the rest of Europe isn't so liberal with it, but from what I've read it's rather easily obtainable, especially in Prague. I won't go out of my way for it, but if the opportunity presents itself...

Been to Paris, it was the tail end of our trip to Greece and Italy then a few days in Paris.

We'd had so much good food throughout our trip and the last day we were trying to decide what to eat and my wife and I both reluctantly said to each other that all we really wanted was a good ol cheeseburger😄.

Right across the street from our hotel was an Irish pub.

Best Burger and fries I've had in my life.

Louvre was definitely worth the visit. We got there pretty early in the morning so there were'nt a ton of lines.

Every where we went when asking for restaurant recommendations the hotel staff would always tell us stay off the main roads and tourist areas, the food is more expensive and not as good, so most places we went to were family owned off the beaten path and it was all great food!

Street cart crepes are a must as well and are scattered all over.

Arc di triomph is pretty historical, it's the arch as I'm sure you know that Hitler drove through after occupying France, it's got some Interesting energy around it.

Have fun.

Also let me know if you find some french toast there I never could🤷‍♂️

Yep.  How does a team that doesn't hit and wear those silly caps lose 2 guys at the same position to a concussion?  I guess the answer is injuries happen, no matter the length of practice or the physicality at which you do.  Sirianni can take all of the precautions he wants but guys are still going to get hurt.

DeVonta Smith has a groin injury too.  Would have happened no matter the practice type.

As long as it’s only short term injuries I still think the strategy is working.

This was a red zone day.

How many of those red zone snaps did he take off running?

Oh that was snaps? I read that as passes. Well that sucks

How is he still taking off and running in practice while wearing a red shirt. He's supposed to be working on passing the ball. Everyone knows he can run

Over here in Germany we are about to legalize it, will take until 2023 though..

Yup.

Not sure why Sirianni hasn't told him he can't run???, it's not like he's avoiding hits In the pocket no one can touch him, just throw the damn ball!

Like I said it's discouraging to read that he's taking off running in 7on7 which is set up to work on passing concepts.

Can you imagine the flack miles Sanders would get from his position coach in a goal line drill if he decided to throw a pass to a non existent receiver instead of lowering his shoulder and running???

Every time hurts runs in 7 on 7 Nick should take him out and put in a QB who will throw the ball in a passing drill.
