Yet for some reason our coaches don’t like to use them much, and our FO won’t give out new contracts (even though Howard deserved one imo).

I agree with you, but I think the Eagles just want modern RBs that run routes and can catch.. like almost everyone.

Not that it matters but the running back trend has really lined up with fantasy football trend. where teams want guys who can be bigger a weapon out of the backfield as a pass catcher more and more. Fantasy with ppr has put more value on RB who can catch the ball over just a 16-18 carry a game guy and no receptions/little work on the passing game. Like nick chubb is a damn good running back but overlooked in fantasy due to poor receiving numbers.

You will see Howard signed to the team after week 1. He was on the verge of retiring last year because he had no interest. Eagles are probably the only team that will give him a look.

Kennedy Brooks and Sanders are the biggest backs right now with both at 5-11 215+. Which is not too encouraging considering we don't know how Brooks is going to perform and Sanders with his injury history.

He had two workouts in the last week or two with the Saint and Steelers who didn't sign him.

Which means Howie has to be getting nervous and ready to give him a long term deal.

Yeah, it's insane. Josh Allen is a crazy talent. Comparing players with average to below average NFL arms is crazy. Just makes no sense.

It’s not just eagles fans. A lot of fan bases do this to justify their guy. For every josh Allen there’s way more that just end up like trubisky or worse.

I love how Allen has become the example of normal of what happens with QBs for every franchise now when talking about waiting on a QB for 3-4 years.

Will you guys let me know when Hurts is 6'5" and can make a throw like this.

Absolutely. Some people just don't have any grasp of how talented Allen is. He throws the ball at a whole other level than 90% of NFL QBs. There's a major skill gap. Working hard isn't going to erase it.

There's no way Bacarty is going to take that slap laying down.

Yep.  I'll PM you the moment it happens.

I said this a couple months back but Josh Allen’s arm of all the QBs over the last 30 years is likely top-five and you can make the argument it’s closer to one than five.

Howie can suck it.  Got a QB, did not have to move up, still had two firsts, and now have 3 firsts the following year.

I would have to  think Will Anderson is a top 10 pick.

Anderson will be a top 3 pick, no question about it. Very well could go #1.

I guess you haven't been paying attention but his acension to 6'5" and a rocket for an arm is set for 1pm on 9/11/22 in Ford Field, Detroit Rock City, MI, USA, the World!!!!

It's very common for QB's who start two consecutives years with the same coaching staff to have the Josh Allen growth spurt. I'm not worried. He's just a kid.

I think number 1 depends on the QBs.  I could also see his size keeping him from going number 1.  Unless he has an injury, I can't see him slipping beyond 10 and probably the top 5.

Didn't even know this guy was on the team.

I heard took him school shopping and that he's in the husky sizes already.  Josh Allen is also in huskies.

Irn Bru tastes like Juicy Fruit gum on sugar steroids.  Couldn’t taste the girders for all the sugar.

They "refreshed" the Irn Bru recipe a few years back to remove a lot of sugar, and Scots were both hoarding it before the change and then would drive miles to get the real stuff after it was changed.  Some are still not happy.

If you want to bet against the Eagles, there are plenty of opportunities for you to do so.

As far as Hurts, I outlined a best case scenario, but one that is obtainable. I showed exactly how it is obtainable without any miraculous transformation by our qb, like what happened with Allen. But I also can see a scenario where he doesn't improve. That's the difference between us, i can see both sides of an issue, whereas you are a moron who doesn't even know the difference between total yards and yards per game.

I was on a message board for a time and a couple of us got one of the "I know best" members to place a bet on our team getting relegated because he was so certain it was going to happen. Said person then cashed out the bet out when it became clear he was going to lose it. To this day, it's a proud moment.

Out of all the things canceled in the world, how is "Size Husky" not one of them?

Yep.  He was there so I took him.

No.  No to a RB that high.  And not to QB’s who put Mayo in their coffee.

Yup  - I do kind of like Levis better than Bryce Young.  He's got good size and a very good arm. So I may be able to tolerate the mayo as long as I don't see him doing it.

I would rank next years QB's

CJ Stroud

Will Levis

Tyler Van Dyke

Tanner McKee

Anthony Richardson

Bryce Young

Spencer Rattler

Phil Jurkovec

Hendon Hooker

DJ Uiagalelei

Tell me which, if any, parts of this statement is wrong about Biology-

"There are predominantly 2 biological sexes in Humans today representing 99% of the population, while intersex is approximately born at a rate of 1%."

I am not talking about how someone "FEELS" I am talking purely from an anotomical perspective. The Chromosomes/sexual reproductive organs as it were, determining the sex of the human.

there are variations in genetics and epigenetics that contribute to gender presentation and sexual orientation.

Here is one study on mice, don't knock mice as most of the pharma products we take start there, that looks at how epigenetic changes induced by hormonal changes influence sexual presentation: https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/scisignal.aac5294. There is a wide variation in hormone production (organ/glandular function and microbiome varation) across the human species and subsequently great differences in epigentics.

Maybe it's PTSD from the last years with Wentz, but Levis is a little too reckless for my taste, both with the ball and by putting his body in harm's way. I would still take him over Young though.

Stroud seems like a longshot. Richardson and Van Dyke are the two I am really keen to watch this year.
