OK? You completely and utterly missed the point all in an attempt to get your latest dig in on Hurts.

The point is that one of the best QBs in the league targeted his big-time, bonafide #1 WR 165 times last year. The second most targeted person he hit was his RB. When a QB has trust in a WR he is going to throw it up and give him a chance. That is exactly what Josh Allen did when Stefon Diggs came over. It is exactly what Eli did when Plaxico went there. It is what QBs do. It won't be a problem if Hurts does the same thing.

Rodgers also didnt really have any other WRs worth targeting

Smith can be a top WR but hurts doesn't spread the ball around enough nor is an effective enough passer to get the ball to multiple targets at a high clip.

Brown and Smith have the ability to both be 1000 yard receivers, hurts does not have the ability to get them both the ball enough to both be 1000 yard receivers.

The other quarterbacks are able to find their #2-#4 receivers so they remained a threat....

High school but I bet they're are some pee wee QBs who can throw better.

The Kelce injury is apparently his snapping elbow. Not sure how much that means, if much at all.

Hopefully 2021 wasn't an outlier because it was seriously annoying seeing players get injured constantly

The Ravens got crushed in last years training camp, with injuries.
Harbaugh like Andy usually has a physical camp, but this season he backed off quite a bit. One difference with the Eagles is the Ravens practice in the afternoons instead of mornings because Harbaugh said it was better nutritionally for the players.  This is his first season having camp practices in the afternoon.
They also used all their OTA’s mostly for rookies and 2nd year players to get a head start on TC.

I saw that too, I guess he has two banged up elbows.

Oh, look who’s back. The guy who’s so insecure he has to overcompensate by being an internet a-h0le.

It’s embarrassing.

Targeting settling for an increase but he will want to avoid the NFLPA’s lawsuit.  If he gets the target of an indefinite with possibility for reconsideration after a year, when the NFLPA sues, he’ll target that year in negotiations but settle for less.  Smartest thing a true arbitrator could do is split the baby but given the kangaroo court nature of the appeal process, it really isn’t a true arbitrator.  My guess is the NFLPA, possibly joined by others like the coaches union, argues this isn’t a true arbitration and thus not subject to the US Arbitration Act.  Real risk to the NFL.  So my guess is Goodell and Watson settle.  Watson should open the bidding by offering to accept the six week suspension.   Suspect that offer is on the table.

At least Jurgens will get some work in preseason games since it’s doubtful he’ll get much during regular season. Kelce will be fine.

Nice.  We're due a Trent Cole late round gem draft pick.  I guess Mailata is but I want more.

Kelce?

Can someone message me what site to get preseason games. I’ve used UStvnow before. Anyone have something better? Thx

Watkins?  Seems qualified as a late round gem.  Maddox?  Possibly Driscoll?  Gainwell shows promise.  Calcaterra would be my guess for this year.  I also like poached late round players like Boston Scott and Marcus Epps.  UDFAs too.  Hitting late and free is always nice.

I wish this was like Arizona or somewhere. Austin gets some pretty bad humidity.

Same. Beginning of April to end of October is basically 90+ everyday, until it hits winter and we dip to a cool 84

Hard Knocks has been boring the past few years, but these Lions are pretty fun.

I don’t understand. I thought the last CBA basically made Goodell judge, jury, and executioner. What was the purpose of bringing in that person who ruled it a 6 game suspension. Just give him a year and be done with it so we can move on.

Nah. Lived there off and on for 22 years. Now I spent a summer in College Station, that was f---g miserable.

I might retire to the hill country, trying to choose between San Marcos and Albuquerque - Austin is too crowded and too expensive - the Austin I loved died two decades ago.

It’s just the process of it all to make the end result look better.
