I think Scott/Gainwell behind this OL will be good enough for the 2-6 games Sanders misses.

Yea I don't see any logic in signing a guy and never playing him at all unless their plan was to IR him.

Best way to work on that is to limit reps and practices to prevent injuries. Then the light switch just goes on automatically in week 1. 😂

Some players get cut this time of year, on the spot, either to prove a point or to make room for a new addition.

Everyone else that sticks through this process and is unlikely to make the team…preseason playing time is their earned opportunity to put film together to get a job.
