Near French Creek State Park.  The northern part of Chester County is still pretty rural.  The southern part is another story.

Had a hunting cabin about 15 minutes outside of Dushore.  Home of the only traffic light in Sullivan county at the time.

Pros:

The southern part is rural enough that you don't feel like you are in suburbia hell but populated enough that you can get things fairly easily.  Its close enough to Delaware that you can shop tax free without actually living in Delaware.
