Ok, I am really curious about this.  Too lazy to post links from phone.  Did research on my computer.  Very easy.

in 2010 (because that’s the latest info on the NEPA counties ) .....the total population of the 14 counties that make up NEPA was 1,328,010.  In 2010 the population of bucks county alone was 625,405.  So those 14 ukn’ counties were just a little more than double the population of bucks alone.

conclusion:  NEPA is way more redneck than bucks county.

that's some real buck's county math there.
