In Alvarado’s defense he’s actually been good since June. He has a 3.00 ERA over the last two months. It was actually below 2 ( in June and july) until that cubs game which was bad for him. 

Let's see if DD has the stones to DFA Familia tomorrow. Doubt it but one can hope.
