Yeah Thomson said could be used for an inning. I’m guessing cause he throws a pen session usually a couple days after his start that it’s only an inning.

I could be wrong but this is where they get exposed as just not good enough, blow a chance to score and leaky bullpen and missing another top starter

It would have been nice if Marsh's hit occurred with 2 outs because Stott would have scored. Can't leave the bases loaded like that.

Not sure i want Wheeler closing. He’s never done it. It’s one thing to have him out of the pen but closing if you never done it before and asking to do it in a playoff game seems like a lot. Eflin they had at least do it before the playoffs. And he’s struggled in the role tbh.
