Regardless  of what happens, I'm proud of this team.   Look where they are right now.  Nobody in their wildest dreams ever thought the Phillies would win the pennant, let alone have a chance to win the Series.  Everybody knew from the get go that defense was not the team's strong suit.  Of course we want them to win, but I'll be damned if I'm gonna bad mouth this team after the ride they've given us this past month.

Unfortunately our manager hasn’t realized that

the Eagles winning doesn't even add any degree of comfort. They have plenty of time to F it up. Now's the time for the Phillies though
