We had some goofballs calling for his head and the worst contract signing in Phillies history, he’s definitely turned it around. Trea should be good next year too if the trend continues …and Harper gets hit in the elbow just great

July 8, 20232 yr Fortunately we have been able to win 4 of the 5 games scoring 3,8,3,4 runs but they need to just make a move to get another hitter. schwarber, Turner and realmuto are all having years not up to their standard. Schwarber is about to be the second player all time to hit 30 homers and have a negative WAR. Turner is having a castellanos type year in 2022 and the numbers are eerily similar. And realmuto looked like he showed signs of coming out like the dbacks series but then just reverts back. He has the same issues as Turner

Luzardo has been good this year and the Phillies have been pretty much bad against the Mets, Braves and marlins. Add on weve really not hit well for most of the last week. If they lose today they are 6-12 vs. Mets, marlins and Braves. The concerning thing is in September they play those 3 teams 17 times. So their playoff chances come down to their ability to actually beat those teams and at the moment it’s not been great
