Then I get not his fault the bullpen couldn’t do their job and blowing through the pen wasn’t on him. Meanwhile, he removed the starter after 73 pitches and the Pirates werent even getting a good swings on him. So just getting them out of the game was a massive victory for the Pirates. And because of that the BP The bullpen was good. I had to get four innings. Any use at least 4 pitchers to do so. And since it didn’t work, they used six when they don’t have an off day for another 16 days I swear there’s fans that will just defend him because he got them to one World Series. Meanwhile the Phillies are playing just like they did in May 2022 under Joe Girardi. They have baserunning mistakes galore, defensive fielding mistakes galore, bad decisions with the line up, pulling pitchers too early, and their offense is super inconsistent. These are the things that got Joe Girardi fired. They are the exact same things that are going on now

Dombrowski has a relationship with the tigers. Wouldn’t be shocked. The issue with Rodriguez is he’s pitching well so he likely opts out of his deal after the year and hits free agency for a payday. So potentially giving up guys like Abel or McGarry and he leaves
