August 11, 20232 yr well it’s early but looks like the magic has run out on Sanchez. thankfully he was able to get back on track. Don’t like the 3 BB though. Didn’t hurt him tonight
August 11, 20232 yr I think Sanchez has just pitched too many innings for where he is in his career at this point. He hasn't been the same the last couple games. Hopefully he shuts me up and clamps down the rest of this game, but not looking good. It hurts less since the Lorenzen trade at least, since Sanchez won't have to be relied on in the postseason.

August 11, 20232 yr Sac fly for Bohm. 5-2. Good thing it was Rojas coming from third, anything in the outfield at all wasn't going to get him.
August 11, 20232 yr Man they're raking right now. Turner extends the hitting streak to 8 games with an RBI single.

I think the whole ovation took a lot of he pressure off him. Felt like he was pressing to make sure he lived up to fans expectations. Once they did that seems like it took the edge off and released the pressure. I’ve watched him for 4-5 years. He’s way too good of a hitter to be that bad for that long. I thought it was he was hurt or just trying to over do it to justify the contract. I figured he’d snap out of it in 2024 but it’s nice he did it in august.
August 12, 20232 yr Damn, let a Sosa hit go to waste. Be another 6 or 7 games until he gets another one, sucks to not do anything with it.
