He’s gonna wind up hitting 35+ homers and finish with a negative war. Turner has been noy good offensively and even defensively most of the year has a 1.7 WAR

A lot of people on Twitter love schwarber like he can do no wrong hitting wise. They’ll bring up 40-21 in the last 61 with him batting leadoff. I’m pretty sure if bohm, harper or stott were batting leadoff they probably would be pretty good too. It’s a bad argument cause lineup wise stott and bohm should be 1-2. You get him coming up after them he’s coming up more frequently with guys on and hope he just crushed one with them on.

He’s widely known as being one of the worst behind the plate. Then you get this ump making that call. And throws bohm out of the game cause he’s incompetent and likely cost the Phillies a chance to win the game. the catcher didn’t even do a good framing job either is what makes it worse.

August 13, 20232 yr I get that there is human error in sports. But it’s near impossible to get a hit on a ball outside of the strike zone (hence why the strike zone exists) so having to deal with this BS is infuriating.
