September 17, 20232 yr I'm starting to question whether this team can even get through the wild card round. Assuming Wheeler starts game 1, who do you go with after? It's possible they win game 1 and lose the next 2 games with how pathetic the rest of the staff is.

So not as shocking. Ideally could’ve just overwork him until the all star break knowing it then just had painter come pitch the second half of the year and move him to the 5th spot but painter didn’t recover and got hurt. Frankly walker is fine if you had nola be nola. Then your 1-3 is set and Sanchez/lorenzen can be your 4th and walker is a 5th starter second half. But nola has been crap so you really have Walker, nola, lorenzen as 4-5 starters and Sanchez who’s a 4 that sometimes gives you 2-3

September 20, 20232 yr Well 3 runs and strider on the mound feels like that probably is a wrap with how we look tonight.
September 20, 20232 yr Glad Lorenzen got the no hitter against a crap Nationals team. He’s been completely worthless otherwise. Dombrowski really struck out at the deadline.
