He has a 100 MPH 4 seam fastball and an 88 MPH slider that has the highest spin rate with 18-20" of movement. That's basically Jacob DeGrom with slightly more spin and movement on his slider.

I think it was more just the ability his slider has due to his 100mph fastball and the spin he gets. He’s likely the Phillies future closer. I’d argue he has better overall stuff than dominguez, soto and even kimbrel (at this stage of his career). It’s why he’s been fast tracked through the minors
