He was swinging at everything thinking that he was going to hit a home run or change the game. Luzardo was wild and all over the place. He gave him 2 strikes. And Realmuto batting fifth is still the dumbest thing this team continues to do. We’ve played 162 games he’s been terrible at home hitting and terrible with RISP. When you are betting fifth you are going to see more guys in scoring position. He has no business batting 5th. October 4, 20232 yr Also pache really shouldn’t be playing regardless of it being a lefty or not. Since September 1st he’s hitting .114 with obp of 262. He has not been the same since coming back from his injury. I get marsh isn’t great against left handers, but pache is in a really bad slump.

October 4, 20232 yr Harper’s been horrific tonight. Awful at the plate and his decision to not let stott get it and go cover first cost them a run. With how slow burger is that’s a ball stott easily gets to and throws burger out.
