But the Phillies have a path to winning the series. If Atlanta loses game one that’s pretty big on their end. their best pitcher at home losing that game with wheeler coming back on an extra day of rest on Monday. And Max Fried is dealing with some sort of blister that may or may not hold up. Then psychologically the doubt starts creeping in from last year. If the Phillies manage to win game one this series swings in their favor because you would have wheeler and nola the next two games. As much crap as we give nola, he’s been pitching well at home this year. I think the issue becomes the Phillies come back to Philadelphia tied at 1 i generally think they are likely going to split at home due to game 4 you are getting likelt Sanchez/walker piggybacked with lorenzen vs. strider. Game 5 is a toss up as it would be wheeler vs. fried (assuming he holds up). Being in atlanta and not Philly I’d lean towards atlanta Phillies lose both in atlanta they are losing in 4

The bigger issue, that ump is/was squeezing the Phils pitchers! They need another 2 runs or so.....would love to see them add 'em this inning....

October 8, 20232 yr bad walk by Orion. Make acuna have to hit something to beat you. That was my concern about the huge amount of time from when he pitched the bottom of the 7th til now.
