I’d 100% do it for tucker. they need tucker, they need another pitcher too, this is why they are hitting a wall right now, they are getting tired, they need more players to step up in the depth, we just dont have it right now, this team is not going to the world series unless they add more players. they are going to burn out in the playoffs if dave doesnt add anyone.

Frankly think pitching they are gonna be fine. I’d be surprised if they don’t add a bullpen piece at the deadline and you have Marte coming back from injury. Before he got hurt he was solid. Add on if the Phillies get out to a big enough lead in the division in mid August I’d be surprised if they don’t go to a 6 man rotation to lessen the amount of innings on some of our SP They definitely need another OF bat. Castellanos and Rojas are too inconsistent to trust in the playoffs. If they struggle like they have and then 2-3 other guys go into a slump it’s a massive issue. It’s why I’d go all in if someone like Tucker becomes available.

The dude is awful in the field and hitting. Another bust contract the Phillies refuse to accept as a bust. this game is over cause you have a team that refuses to admit Walker sucks and merrifield also sucks.

He's hitting .196 and his OBP is .296. Frankly i think Clemens is going to cool off. Better off playing Rojas over pache and hoping the lightbulb moment happens. The issue is it wouldn’t be a big issue to have Rojas learning on the job and going through these struggles if Castellanos wasn’t dog crap. Like the fact he’s hitting below .200 again and just swinging at everything tells you what you need to know. They should’ve just ate part of the contract and moved off of him. Now it’s going to be even more impossible to trade Castellanos this offseason. At least last offseason he was coming off an all star season and showed he could get hot in a postseason.
