Or something like this.

"About to face a third-string quarterback and with Patrick Mahomes down to one healthy leg, Eagles fans can't help but to wonder. is Jalen Hurts' electric playmaking style worth the injury risk?"

Good time to remind: if you just want act like middle school cliques trolling and insulting each other go to RnR.

  • Just take a moment to realize how easy things look for this offense when the quarterback is right. This team just scored 28 points against a divisional opponent in a half. Just insane where things cou

If the Eagles win the next 2 games, I don't care if Hurts runs 150 times or passes 400 times in those 2 games. Whatever it takes to win.

These next two games he should just play his style. We are discussing long term. These next two, he can be the star RB for all I care as long as it ends with 2 Ws

Why is it okay the next 2 for you? What if he gets hurt in the next game?

In reality, you don't get the #1 seed if you don't go all in for wins all season long. The season is part of the process. I guess next year, we can protect Hurts by taking him out on running downs.

Because you make adjustments in the offseason, not the NFC championship game and Superbowl.... You are smart enough to figure that out

Agreed and I wonder if that’s been the mentality for the season. We are probably not going to be ever able to surround Hurts with as much talent again, so they are going all in this year before potentially taking a more measured approach in future years.

Luckily offense overall should be the same minus 1 to 2 lineman next year. Isaac and Jason will probably gone. Hoping Lane has a year or two more. After Hurts money kicks in though....it will be very very interesting. Plus coaches will probably change this off-season. This is it. Push it through these next two games like they did in Seattle before it slowly bled out after Russ got paid

Or maybe they end up building around the right person and stay near the top even after paying him, like the Chiefs after Mahomes was paid.

Didn’t the Chiefs lose the 2nd best WR in the NFL,  Them Mahomes went out  and set a career high and almost NFL record in passing yards.

What would be your reaction after 2024 if the Eagles traded AJ Brown and replaced him with Corey Davis.  Would you expect Hurts to set a career high in passing yards.

Possibly. We haven't been the most consistent drafting team and we don't have Mahomes. Definitely have the draft capital to attempt it though.

Hill is a great player, but the Chiefs relied on him way too much last season.  They're getting the same amount of production from numerous players now, plus they still have Kelce, and I think they're a better offense having lost Hill.  Also, Mahomes had 200 more pass attempts than Hurts, so you'd expect the big gap in yardage/TDs

The Chiefs still had competent players replacing Hill. It’s not like they replaced him with Reagor or something which is what most of these people keep forgetting. That is like playing football with half the field being unusable. Nevertheless Mahomes is a freak of nature and there aren’t many players who can compare to that guy. Frankly it’s kind of laughable the same people want to bring this guy up in any way as a slight to Hurts when these same people were begging to start Minshew over him just a couple months ago. Why are people so scared of Jalen’s future anyway? Don’t care what happens three years from now especially if he’s winning us a Super Bowl now. Most quarterbacks in the NFL only get you one if they’re lucky and few win them in consecutive seasons. Unrealistic worry and expectations. I guess they just really want a Minshew back there. Never winning a thing, bet assured to be there all the time. These people don’t care about winning. Bottom line is elite level quarterbacks who can win in this league are difficult to come by yet the Eagles have one and these guys continue to cry about it. I guess they miss the Wentz era where they mostly made excuses for him and trashed the entire organization for him because of that arm talent.

Nope, but you clearly do seeing as you bring him up every single day.

Your gingerbrick man lol reagor is one of the few players that would do his team a favor by missing the bus

How to post like EazyEagles:

Long winded rant about nothing in particular. Finish it off by mentioning Wentz in some way or another.

Then when it’s pointed out how much he obviously obsesses over his ginger man crush, just ignore everything and repeat the above.

What an absolute clown

Not that it's never happened, but that's why I haven't really interacted with him or tried for a while.

He has an obvious agenda and has baited in certain ways as well.

Ignore him and move on.

You guys should venture out of the Hurts thread and see the lunacy others are posting.

Anything can happen. I just don't live my life expecting the worst in every prediction. Some people around here should give optimism a try.

Do other fan bases come up with trade scenarios for their 24 year old MVP candidate QB in the week before a championship game, or just us?
