Good time to remind: if you just want act like middle school cliques trolling and insulting each other go to RnR.

  • Just take a moment to realize how easy things look for this offense when the quarterback is right. This team just scored 28 points against a divisional opponent in a half. Just insane where things cou

Maybe Josh Allen or Justin Herbert will take the Hurts step next season?

Probably not Allen.

Not griping at all, comparing the current QB to the Super Bowl winning QB.

Just ran the RB numbers, through two games, the current Eagles RB's have 345 rushing yards and 5 rushing TD's, compared to 2017, 347 rushing yards and 3 TD's in 3 games.

This was a terrific pass. Why? Because the stats say so, I guess...

You people all are all mental... That's all

For a group that consistently whines that some people can't be objective, the bulk of people in here should take a look in the mirror.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Sometimes you need a lucky bounce or two on the way to a title.  See Devonta's not a catch yesterday.

I got you. I can even add the Eagles logo if you'd like.

About the only difference between the EMB that year and this year is instead of just 1 poster constantly looking for every opportunity to criticize Foles after he stepped in for Wentz, there's a handful of people here that have been doing the same thing with Hurts all ... season ... long. Sure, the backhanded compliments are super clever too.

I am not criticizing Hurts, simply comparing the 2017 team to today.  Wouldn't me posting the rushing numbers be a compliment to Hurts ??

Why are you getting defensive? I didn't name names.

Then why did you quote me with that statement ??

Your post led to my thought.

I was hopeful that Hurts would put on a great performance against the best defense in the league but I think last night's game showed where he needs to improve most during the offseason. He looked scared to throw the ball a lot and left clean pockets all game. I think he was so worried about making a mistake or turning the ball over that it actually helped make our passing game nonexistent. This is the transition he has to make because you can see how banged up hes getting taking these hits. He cant continue this type of game in order for the Eagles to succeed after this year.

Hurts didn't look scared or worried about anything.  They knew it was time to grind out a win with the run, let the defense feast and save the plays to not put on film and relax Hurts' shoulder for the SB.  He passed more earlier in the game then they ran more with a big lead.  Shocker.

Yeah, they did a bang up job of that.

lol none of this makes any sense regarding what happened on the field yesterday. You're talking yourself into believing what you want to believe.

I feel like I need to nitpick your first sentence. He didn't need to pass much because of Purdy's injury but his actual passing game did have some question marks. There were definitely 2 passes that weren't good and I'm sure he would want back

My heart didn't like Hurts breaking tackles. I was so worried lol

I kept repeating "please be ok" lol

He didn't throw a perfect game, he overthrew AJ on a deep pass and had a worm burner if I recall.

I didn't say he threw a perfect game with no mistakes, every QB is going to make mistakes.  I said don't judge his passing performance in that game because it was a unique situation.  When the team wins 31-7 on rushing TDs you don't need the QB to pass a lot.

For a guy who isn't injured anymore, they are limiting his arm usage. Without that non catch, pretty sure Hurts would of had less than a 100 yards passing. Maybe these two weeks away he can get healthy and air it out. He should be buying the defense all gifts win or lose after the Superbowl for helping carry the team while he gets his ish together

He missed every deep ball, and the one to Devonta wasn't even a catch.

These playoffs haven't changed my stance of pay him with a bail out plan after three years btw. My stance of protecting himself hasn't changed either.

Such a hater.  Wanting Hurts to be healthy and play all 17 games.

The game was tied 7-7 at the 2 min warning. What big lead did Hurts have in the 1st half that kept him from needing to pass? If that Devonta catch would have been called back then Hurts ends the game with 92 yards. 92 yards in a NFC Championship game and people still think he played well because the TEAM around Hurts carried him.

Yeah, the Vikings were the #1 defense in the NFL in 2017 in yards and points allowed.

Well then.....

I got nothing.
