Eagles over Chiefs (in the hope of manifesting this into reality) I was intending this thread to initially only include predictions for the upcoming wild card weekend. Then once this weekend is played out, start predicting divisional round and so on.

January 9, 20232 yr Niners got the worst draw they could have IMO. Seattle plays them tough. Divisional opponent. dallas has a tough go. Playing TB w TB in TB. I think minny beats the gints, so I don't think we see the gints. -- Rooting for the Jags & Doug on the other side. Barring them, don't care.

I think a lot of people are immediately giving SF the W, which means that the Niners would have beat the Hawks for the 3rd time this season. Beating a divisional opponent 3x is a tall order, but we may find ourselves in the same situation in a couple of weeks...

They beat them pretty handily both times, and the game in Frisco Seattle's only points came on a blocked FG returned for a TD.

Eagles need Lane MVP Johnson to be ready for the PO The NYG game plan was simple. Do enough to win and not get anyone hurt. They accomplished both. I'm almost 100% certain they didn't do any RPO. That was preseason football. 12 minutes ago, UK_EaglesFan89 said: As long as it isn't Dallas coming back to Philly I'm good. Who cares. But would definitely be more fun for Dal to lose 1st round again.

Prefer that dallas suffers the loss in the first round to maximize the anguish, but whatever. We will not be as vanilla and they won't get all the same bounces, breaks and short fields. Sure would help if QB1 is feeling better and we get Lane back (huge).
January 9, 20232 yr I honestly would probably prefer getting the Giants. They will be cocky after their backups stuck around on Sunday. I think we match-up well though.

Nothing would give me more satisfaction (other than winning it all) than knocking Dallas out of the tourney. But I also prefer the path of least resistance so as to maximize our chances of hoisting another Lombardi, and they seem to play us much tougher. So if TB happens to knock them out first I’d be perfectly fine with that!
January 10, 20232 yr Chargers 27-22 Vikings 20-17 OT Cowboys 30-20 49ers 28-7 Bills 40-19 Bengals 23-9
January 10, 20232 yr My guesses are the following... AFC Buffalo Bills defeat the Miami Dolphins Jaguars defeat the LA Chargers Cincy Bengals defeat the Baltimore Ravens KC would then host the Jaguars and Chiefs win. Bengals go to Buffalo and lose to the BIlls. AFC Championship Game Buffalo (coin toss neutral site?) vs Chiefs could flip a coin as to which team wins too. Bills go to the Super Bowl ------------------------------------------------------------------- NFC San Francisco 49ers defeat the Seattle Seahawks Tampa Bay Bucs defeat the Dallas Cowboys. NY Giants defeat the Vikings. Philadelphia Eagles defeat the NY Giants! Tampa Bay Bucs defeat the 49ers. NFC Championship Game Philadelphia Eagles defeat the Tom Brady's Bucs! Eagles go to the Super Bowl ------------------------------------------------------------------- Super Bowl Buffalo Bills last four appearances to the Super Bowl ended in Loses from the NFC East NY Giants, Dallas twice and Washington Redskins (what the team was called at the time). Could the Eagles also defeat the Bills, yes, yes they can and will Eagles win their 2nd Super Bowl!
January 10, 20232 yr I think we will be playing Brady and the Bucs. A rematch of last season. I don't see any of the wild card teams in the NFC winning. I think they are a weak bunch.

I'm not scared of them. We are a better team and we should beat them. But Dak always plays well against us and losing to Dallas would be the worst way to go out of the play offs.
January 10, 20232 yr I'm going with the following... Dallas over Tampa - Tampa has just looked bad for most of the season Giants over Minny - Minny needed a 61 yard FG as time expired to beat them 4 weeks ago SF over Seattle - Seattle just...isn't good. Eagles vs Giants in Divisional Round
January 10, 20232 yr I think Seattle is going to beat the 49ers, so we'll face them. Giants will lose, and Dallas is going to eek out a win.

Not only Cowboys-Bucs... The winner of this wild card game is guaranteed to play on Sunday in Divisional round. So if Seahawks or Giants win, I think it's likely they the Eagles on Saturday. Then only the Seahawks would have the full 7 days off.
