Now I can't have a discussion with a Trump supporter that doesn't involve a barrage of insults (in person). Again, these are my personal experiences. Can't speak for everyone else's.

Both sides are increasingly aggressive. I don't think Biden comes off that way, but his support seems to be more anti-Trump than pro-Biden.

I think that's because in any normal election Biden would be a boring candidate, and any republican that could generate even a little positive buzz would smoke him in an election. Trump has generated so much negativity and with the country in the state it is in..."anti Trump" was bound to be the story.

Seems the only qualification to be a republican is to hate the democrats and the only qualification to be a democrat is to hate the republicans. Both sides have drifted so far from center and have gotten so extreme that whoever wins elections (whether presidential or senate/congress) that we're F'd. They both care more about fighting against each other than coming up with solutions.
