So you’re upset that it’s a benefit to democrats at this moment when more people vote? You could just say that. We should want more than half of the voting population to vote, not less.

Somehow, the late votes always turn the election blue.  Without fail.  No cheating at all going on.  Not in pristine places like Philly and Detroit where corruption is non-existent.

PA has a policy that says they don't start the counting until after the polls close.  That same policy exists in a number of other states.  Some have changed their policies due to the increase in mail in voting.  This is an old policy that several other states continue to use.  It isn't something cocked up to deny Trump.

Because states that prioritize voting access and encourage higher turnout don't tend to vote Republican.

That's only true in the one election where the Republican presidential candidate scared the bejesus out of his supporters over mail-in voting.

Florida is allowed to validate mailed ballots ahead of time. So when time comes to tabulate on Election day all they do is run the ballot through the machine. 

In PA Republicans have fought efforts to allow the same. Our mail-in ballots don't get opened and validated until election day.
