Mike, you don't have to keep selling him to me, I'm already voting for him.

What could be the cause of this increase? Maybe hes just horrible at his job and spends more time on facelifts and crapping his Depends than on the economy. Also, in classic WGB deflection fashion, you changed the subject from paying rent to bankruptcies. https://www.newsweek.com/small-businesses-crisis-rising-numbers-unable-pay-rent-1895480 https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-04-26/us-small-business-rent-delinquencies-rise-to-a-three-year-high I wonder why these small businesses are struggling in this amazing Bidenomic economy

"trending" Compare the pre-pandemic bankruptcy numbers from 2017, 2018, and 2019, then do the same for the years Biden has been in offce. See if you can figure out which ones are higher. Take your time, I know big numbers are scary for idiots born and raised in the dumbest state in the country.

Regulation of short term rentals and regulation of wall street hoarding houses. There is definitely no Republican solution coming for this and the Democrats have been cowards going at it but at least its in their DNA to regulate.

I mean...there's really no Republican solution coming for anything. Trump's solution for inflation is to impose a 10% tax on all imports, 100% tax any car that assembles in another country and to seize control of the Fed so he can drop interest rates into negative territory. Trump would make Jimmy Carter look like JFK.

I really thought it would be Noem or Lake, but they both look out of the running. I saw MTG posted an AI pick of herself looking passably F'able, so she must be trying to work on her greatest weakness: the fact that she's terrifyingly ugly. Don't think it'll work since we've all seen her in person, but it's worth a shot with the field wide open like this. No way he picks DeSantis, he's way too much of a threat to Trump's fragile ego. I guess Tulsi could be the one, though you'd think the fact that she's an open Communist would matter to the broader Republican electorate, but there's a good chance it doesn't.

I don't think he will feel the need to pick a woman. Tim Scott is a good bet. Don't rule out Don Jr. If he can't run for a 3rd term (a big if with this loony supreme court) he will want someone completely loyal to him to succeed him. Don Jr gives him a 3rd term puppet regime if he can't actually run again.

Which is honestly why Tim Scott may not make the cut. Any Senator is going to have at least a passing commitment to precedent, which rules him out. Whoever it is has to be openly and proudly ready to tear up the Constitution if Trump says go. MTG (because she's a zealot), Tulsi (because she's as compromised as Trump is), they'd probably pass his test. And yeah, obviously anyone in the family would work. And since I seriously doubt Ivanka would take it (even though she'd probably be his first choice), Don Jr's a safe bet.

Cool, now compare the actual bankruptcy numbers for the years 2017-2019 vs Biden's three years or is that too challenging for that West Virginian intellect of yours?
