It's always good to have votes "in the bank" so to speak because you never know how many are showing up Tuesday. But there's this delusion that Republicans are raking in early votes AND not see it cannibalize election day votes. It will. November 3, 20241 yr I always prefer early voting. Walk into a polling place a week before election day and you see about 7 people inside. Check in, go to the booth, walk out the door in about 5 minutes. Standing in line to vote is such a waste of time, and pretty poor time management. I would guess at least 60% of election day voting will be Trumpers. I wouldn’t vote by mail. Not that I don’t trust the election workers, I don’t trust postal workers to deliver to the right place.
