But if he fixed ut the first tune why does it continue to be an issue? Desperate immigrants are resourceful and make the most out of whatever compensation they get. IMO they wouldn’t continue to come here if both sides were serious about enforcing existing law and prosecuting employers that continue to hire illegals.
