It would actually be a great place to do so. There's toddlers across the street, up the street and next door. As well as in a section of the community a little further down the street. 

Why would it be a great place to do so? Well, because the Navy owns the air rights, they won't allow any construction (housing or businesses). I've lived here since 1992 and the way it looks today, is the way it looked in 1992. Mostly farms, but 15 minutes away, are stores and other businesses. So, far enough away from all that, but close enough so as not to be a hassle to go there. 

Plus, you get used to the jet noise so that you don't even notice it most of the time. Unless it's loud enough to drown out the TV or the phone if you're talking. But then again, that brings up another problem. No cell towers nearby. So cell phone reception is horrible, nearly non-existent at times.
