I’m not sure how good it’s been from an actual presidential debate standpoint, but I don’t think I’ve ever laughed this hard at a presidential debate before. Very entertaining.

LMFAO — this debate was so bad for Biden that even CNN is reporting that Democrats are in full panic mode.

Even if he wins he can't go on much longer. He did better, but the start was a disaster, and I still think they want to replace him.

The VP has become very relevant.

It’s real. He’s just not up to it. No one tethered to realty could feel comfortable with Biden on the ticket

It must’ve been really, really bad for Pop Pop.

I don’t think it actually matters though. Do people even watch debates if they aren’t already deeply into politics?

I think people will just vote party lines, regardless of candidate. Maybe Trump can peel off some of the black and Hispanic vote, but I don’t think it will come from the debates.

CNN is literally asking people to pray for Biden’s health.

I don’t think it matters much this year.  It may come down to a small number of votes in swing states though.  In which case a small number of votes does actually matter.

True of course, but is that marginal swing going to come from the debates?

And this debate was entirely by Biden’s rules, to make Biden look as good as possible.

It is bad that delegates could pick the next president without Democratic voters having the option to choose during debates. The fact Biden may get elected with Harris as the VP is pretty bad as well. I'm not sure anyone wants to see her in charge. I hope he at least picks a better VP.

Young Turk meltdown

I thought Biden beat Trump down consistently for last 2/3 of the debate. Cleanly said what he had done, got some solid punches in while Trump just went in circles as a single issue candidate who had nothing but lies about immigration and anonymous testimonials to how great he was. But those first 20 minutes or so were brutal.  Biden melted and froze while Trump was under control and semi coherent.

Yeah, he picked it back up, but what do you think swing voters will remember more? Seeing a president fall apart like that sticks in the mind because age will only make it worse. I'm not sure anything he could have said after could erase that.

I saw that movie before...what was it called? Weekend at Biden's?

Good lord Trump is still Trump and Biden is a meat puppet as they speak in his ear.

I can't take this s***show.

ngl...I'm voting for whoever cheeto's opponent is...every time he runs for office.
