Of course they would have to have an answer for why she would be the nominee instead of Harris or others, and they would all have to be on the same page that they felt this was the best way to defeat Trump, by her stepping in to save the party if Biden is ill and can't run. And they would get an experienced male VP to balance out the ticket, same as they would for Harris.
