July 19, 20241 yr That was not a bad speech. Long and he drifted in the middle, but probably the best I've seen him give. Especially, the start and finish. I still have been turned off by him, but it wasn't bad.

If you don't like him nothing he could say would have made you happy. If you aren't totally biased against him the start probably connected with more people than most if not all of his other speeches. They probably turned it off before he drifted back to election fraud briefly and the invasion. He ended well when he went back to his speech. Way too long, though.

He read the speech that was prepared for him fairly well. The only person that believes in what he said less than the American people is Trump himself. He probably had to take a nice warm bath and cry himself to sleep for having to contain his true feelings for that long. No question he feels dirty for even read that.
