The entitlement programs are going to have to be reformed one way or the other, or alternatively, we can just print money to pay for it all which means insane inflation and you still don’t get the same benefits. This is just math. There is no getting around it unless there is some kind of revolutionary technological improvement which simultaneously makes medical care orders of magnitude less expensive while also extending people’s productivity.
