July 22, 20241 yr 24 hours into this, and it seems the Trump campaign has no game plan for how to effectively deal with this (yet). I shouldn't be surprised since Trump's campaign is generally a disorganized crapfest, but they had to see this as a possibility. So far they seem to be settling on 3 attacks, all of which are misguided: (i) suggesting Biden didn't really issue the statement (conspiracy BS) and/or saying this is undemocratic, (ii) legal challenges to keep Harris off the ballot and (iii) talking about Harris' sexual history. These are all losers -- the first one is insane (and high comedy coming from Trump), the second one makes them look scared, and the third one may rally female support for Harris. She was put in charge of the border by Biden. They should be calling her the "border czar" every 15 seconds.
