Avoided losing my job by two weeks by finding a short term gig and then luckily had a friend in the industry create a position for me on his project. If that takes off I should, hopefully, have some stability for the first time since last fall.

It's in E&U which I've done about 15 years of work in. 10 of it was AMI (metering). This is my first infrastructure (ADMS) project so if I can nail this I'll have a REALLY good POV of the overall technical landscape for utilities. So it's a lot of up front pain right now but if I can get caught up it will be really, really good for me.
