It started late because his campaign was arguing about the use of fact checking. The optics are off-the-charts awful. I guess he scheduled it to find potential swing votes. But it won't move the needle. His voting bloc could care less about the Black Journalists conference. Was it so bad that he could swing votes towards Kamala?

It's why the obvious VP pick was Tim Scott. he came in there with a mission to cast doubt on Kamala's sister credentials and notch young black men support. It imploded and you have to wonder who let him think it was a good idea.
