So, they did not have to. They chose to. If they did not choose to do so, they would not have the issues they are having. As someone who would camp out at the polling place to be the first one in line to vote for generic Republican and not for Biden, I cannot help but wonder how a municipality choosing to spend money on social programs has to do with Biden, or any other federal official. Where I am, my local government does not chose to pay to house migrants. Thus we do not have the same problem as NYC. You blaming Biden for NYC would be along the same logic if I thanked Biden for not having to deal with my municipal tax dollars going to house migrants.
