I remember people were arguing how a 70+ Biden couldn't possibly be worth 8 million dollars without being corrupt. The average American doesn't understand money at all. We have an investment in Oakland that requires us to deal with the politicians up there (and they are awful). The current Mayor, who is now subject to a recall, based her whole campaign on how she is a Hmong single mom who lived in her car for years. None of that is a good thing, FFS, but people ate it up. We are such a stupid country.

Going from the heavy favorite against Biden to at best even money against Harris has completely broken him. The polls might be even, but polls don't take enthusiasm and voter turnout into account. Trump is headed for a Romney/McCain loss at this point, barring something major happening in the next 90 days. Trump has no ideas, and the rest of Republicans can't use their brains because their party is now a Cult of Personality of one person. People stayed home rather than vote for Hillary; as it currently stands, Harris could go over the 85M vote total -- Trump doesn't have that upside. Electoral fraud is their best hope (and it worked in 2016).

The next 90 days are going to be completely unhinged and unpredictable because for Trump, this isn't just about the Presidency. If Trump loses this election, he is likely going to end his life either in jail or under house arrest of some kind. The stakes for him are basically his freedom. Couple that with the fact that he is an immoral, unhinged lunatic and imbecile, and nothing is off the table as November approaches. Fake electors, storming polling centers, getting GOP legislators to overturn the vote...it's all on the table.

Bovada has him at -115 to Harris at -105, so techincally he's still the favorite there but others like PredictIt have flipped to Harris. Not sure where polymarket is at but I bet they're on the verge too.

Lines fluctuate throughout the election cycle, and especially on the day of. A "prediction" based on oddsmaking would be entirely dependent on which books and what point in time you want to take a snapshot of the lines.

I think she gets all the Biden states by larger margins than in 2020 and takes NC too. The race will be called before midnight.

Agree 100% and I’m not ruling out stuff ahead of Nov if they come to the conclusion that he can’t win at the ballot box. Sheet might get very ugly.
