My guess is that counts towards the 1B. It likely counts as replies as well, so if there’s 5 people who post 100 times, that’d count as 500 reactions. That’s how I think they get to the 1B figure.

Needless to say, nobody else in the industry uses the term this way. There's no standard metric for tracking 2nd, 3rd, and 4th order "views" like this precisely because of how ridiculous it is.
