I still can't get over how the media has just decided that trying to ask Trump any questions, or expect anything resembling coherent policy from him, is too much to ask. The idiot rambles about inflation, says he will cut energy prices in half, will stop border crossings, etc. and the media just reports it. How the hell are massive tariffs going to reduce prices FFS? How will we cut energy prices in half when we are already producing more oil and gas domestically than ever? The clips from the Economic Club speech are terrifying -- he has absolutely no idea what he is talking about on any subject. We are treating the 8 year old giving an oral book report on the book he didn't read as a serious person. We need to stop doing that.

We live in a post-truth world. Agree. What pisses me off even more than it's happening is the gaslighting. Police and the gov say it's not happening ignore the videos. The mayor says it is happening. Some residents say it's BS and others say it is. I posted a story about a jewelry store in the town where a gang of illegals beat a lady. Does the gang control the place? Probably not, but a lot of bad stuff is happening in that city that shouldn't be. There is a problem and we can argue to what degree, but the bottom line is this crap shouldn't be happening at a level close to any of this. If it's in the middle that's still a problem.

It's the video from the jewelry store where the lady got beaten as they robbed her or the Ring video of them dressing like utility workers and forcing entry to a house when the person answered the door. If it all gets swept under the rug then changes will never happen. Stories running that it's fake news do try to make it seem like none of it is happening. If they control some of it or all of it I don't care so much as that never should come close to happening on US soil. Same with the other people being targeted by what appears to be the same gang in other parts of the city. I don't like him, and I hate her. Am I torn on wanting to vote at the top? Yep, but I'm not.
