I'm not sure what the laws are in other states but, if we were to raise the price on anything more then a dollar we had to report it and give reasons as to why the large increase. When the pandemic started customers would report us for price gauging hand sanitizer and rubbing alcohol.

Yup

Dollar General Chief executive Todd Vasos commented on the company's financial troubles by highlighting lower-income customers, the core target, who "feel financially constrained."

Shellady similarly warned that the consumer is "tapped out."

"They have no more money stored and that could lead to something bigger down the road," he said.

He looks horrible and she sounds drunk

We're all so Fed

I think he tried to squeeze all of his talking points into the first answer already.

She needs to hit back on what a tariff actually is.

Most people have no idea how stuff like that works.

It's such a low hanging fruit that I don't know why she isn't picking it.

You want her to teach an economics class during the debate?

😂 she’s doing a great job with her reactions

I’m over here

She's being walked to the response.

Yeah, you can get him off his game early, call him a moron (not allude, directly call him a moron and rattle him), and explain how tariffs actually work.

Honestly I think the US got spoiled by having JFK, Reagan, and Clinton existing in the span of 30 years.  We'll never have that run of generational political talent that knew exactly what to hit, when to hit it, and how to hit it.

Run Spot Run

classic!!

His tactic of calling her stupid is really backfiring. He looks like a doddering old man trying to argue with a scholar.
