You can post whatever you want. The median home price where I live is 550k and over 400k nationality with 6% interest on top of that. Phil says BS that kids can afford that.

Useless generation that refuses to work for a living can't afford a home?

Boo freaking hoo. Let them starve.

There isn't video footage, which I've already said verbatim in this conversation.

All this to avoid a simple question. Arguing with male liberals is always great.

Right, right because 25 year olds looking to buy their first house should definitely be buying one that's near the median. Also, refinancing apparently doesn't exist in trumpbot world of home buying. My first mortgage had a 5.25% interest rate, so when the rates dropped I apparently committed an illegal act by refinancing down to a lower rate. You almost came close to having a point there, Cryhard!

Gen-Z-on-Track-With-Older-Generations-1.

https://www.redfin.com/news/gen-z-millennial-homeownership-rate-home-purchases/

Roughly 30% of 25-year-olds in 2022—the oldest of the Gen Z (born between 1997 to 2013)—owned their home in 2022, a slightly higher percentage than the 28% of Millennials (born between 1981 to 1996) who owned homes at that age and the 27% of Gen Xers (born between 1965 and 1980)—but lower than the rate for Baby Boomers (born between 1946 and 1964), 32% of whom owned homes at age 25.

In 2023, the homeownership rate for adult Gen Zers, or those between 19 and 26 years old, was higher than the homeownership rate for millennials and Gen X when they were 24, according to Redfin, a real estate company.

How far gone do you have to be to argue that home ownership is more affordable for young people today than it was for gen x.

These people aren't sentient.

I do you just don't live in reality or even close to it on this issue.

I'm sorry the data made you sad. Next time I'll just refrain from using facts out of fear of hurting your feelings.

It's one of the most out of touch positions I've seen on here.

Coming from the people who support politicians who say kids can't afford to pay off student loans, but they can afford a house with the market so high.

I supported my argument with evidence, meanwhile you have none. Reals over feels, my little snowflake.

When you blame whomever the president is for all of your failures in life, it's kind of hard strutting around pretending to be an alpha. It just doesn't really work. Thought i'd let you simpletons know.

I've said a thousand times that the student loan forgiveness horseshit is lame. I literally just got done making fun of one of your fellow trumpbots for it. Your illiteracy is somehow getting worse.

Articles from CNBC and Forbes aren't figments of my imagination. I didn't author them. Kinda weird that I have to spoonfeed this stuff to you like this.

I wasn’t referencing anything about Biden, I was simply was correcting your false statement.

I suppose your statement could have been somewhat true had Pfizer not been the first to market, but they were, therefore your statement wasn’t correct.

Now here's another guy who has the Trump vaccine.

Check with WGB, he's probably looked around for transfusion services just because he hates the fact that the Trump vaccine is a part of him now

I don't read every post. Fact remains Dems say people can't pay loans off but we are supposed to believe people can buy homes.

Yeah, but no matter how creepy he is around kids, how many pedo sex traffickers he's best friends with or how many women say he molested them when they were children, WV Mike insists he's not a pedo.  Still waiting on his source on that one, but he said it so I'm sure it's true.

Find Trump if he's a pedo.

There's nothing that's so transparently absurd that they won't believe if it confirms their worldview. Home prices and interest rates skyrocketing simultaneously, "actually young people have never been able to afford a home so easily!"

You just have to laugh at it.
